Fees for services in the Supreme Court of NSW are prescribed by the Civil Procedure Regulation 2005 ( fees amended for 2008). A summary of fees are listed below. If you wish to purchase a transcript, we suggest you first read the information on the Reporting Services Branch website.

The following methods of payment are accepted by the Supreme Court: Note that personal cheques are not accepted.

The Supreme Court Regulation provides that fees may be waived or postponed in certain circumstances.
A written application is required and supporting documents should be supplied.
