The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules project introduced changes to civil procedure processes in New South Wales.

The Civil Procedure Act 2005 and Uniform Civil Procedure Rules consolidate provisions about civil procedure that were found in a number of different Acts and rules, into a single Act and set of rules. A copy of the Act and Rules are available at www.legislation.nsw.gov.au.
