Amendments to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules and the Supreme Court Rules will be published on the NSW legislation website on 8 May 2009.

New Civil Forms for the Land and Environment Court
(June 2008)
The Chief Judge of the Land and Environment Court (LEC) has approved forms for use
under s 77A(1) of the Land and Environment Court Act 1979 with effect from 1 July 2008.
The Court will continue to accept documents prepared in accordance with the old approved forms until 30 September 2008.

New forms for use from 1 January 2008
(December 2007)
The Uniform Rules Committee has approved redesigned civil forms for use from 1 January 2008 in relation to forms relating to the Court of Appeal, and 29 January 2008 (commencement of Law Term) in relation to the remaining forms. Courts will continue to accept documents prepared in accordance with the old approved forms until 30 April 2008.
