Complaints against Australian Government departments
Australian Government departments, like Centrelink or the Australian Tax Office, are regulated by the Federal Privacy Act 1988.
The Federal Privacy Act 1988 is administered by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, not Privacy NSW.
