Before lodging a Complaint Form you should first contact the OLSC on (02) 9377 1800 or toll free 1800 242 958 and speak to one of our inquiry line officers about your complaint. If the inquiry line officer thinks that a formal complaint should be lodged, you should complete the Complaint Form and post or deliver it to:
