College of Law Courses
Due to the adoption of the Uniform Principles for assessment of overseas qualifications on 7 April 2008, the following College of Law courses will no longer satisfy the academic requirements of the Board:
- Constitutional Law (as from 1 May 2008).
- Legal Ethics (will not satisfy academic requirements from 31 December 2008).

* denotes course no longer accredited from 1 July 2007
As from 1 July 2007, a person who has satisfied the practical training requirements for admission in another State will require the following:
(1) A certificate/letter of completion of practical training course which certifies that the practical legal training course completed by the applicant satisfies the practical training requirements for admission as a Legal Practitioner in their home jurisdiction. (Download Dean's Letter below);
(2) A letter from the Dean, Dean’s delegate or Director which states that the requirements of the course include evidence of the attainment of competencies in the areas set out in the Sixth Schedule of the Legal Profession Admission Rules(2005).
