The Legal Profession Admission Board claims copyright on all past exam papers.

Examination papers and Examiner's Comments from the last three sessions are available here in pdf format only. The comments will be about the ways, whether successful or not, that students have answered the examination questions. They will not take the form of model answers.

Students are warned that sole reliance on past papers as a means of study and/or exam preparation is educationally unsound. The Examinations Committee wishes to encourage students to acquire real competence in each subject area. It wants to discourage students from simply learning off model answers in the hope that certain questions asked on previous exam papers will re-appear. The Committee believes that by focusing on understanding the content of each subject and memorising relevant statute and case law where applicable, students will be best equipped to further their studies and eventually to practise.
