*CONDITIONS OF SALE*
The highest bidder shall become the purchaser.If any dispute arises, the lot will be put up again, and the highest bidder then becomes the purchaser.
Terms are strictly CASH or BANK CHEQUE, 10% deposit must be paid by the
END OF THE AUCTION and the balance within two (2) working days, otherwise the successful bidder
will have no entitlement to the goods after the Auction day.
NO PERSONAL, BUSINESS CHEQUES OR CREDIT CARDS WILL BE TAKEN.
NO GUARANTEE OF ANY SORT IS GIVEN, INCLUDING AUTHENTICITY OF BRAND NAMES AND LABELS.
The goods must be removed by the end of the Auction (when they have been paid for in full), otherwise they remain at the bidder's risk.
Subject to Court Rules, Goods for sale WILL NOT be sacrificed.
Goods may be withdrawn from sale at any time.
