The Legal Representation Office (LRO) provides independent legal assistance to people in their dealings with the NSW Police Integrity Commission, the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption and Special Commissions of Inquiry.

Representation may be provided by lawyers from the LRO, or the matter may be referred to a lawyer who is on the LRO Panel.

The LRO Panel consists of solicitor/advocates and barristers.

The LRO establishes its panel for the supply of legal services via public tender. The most recent tender closed on 3 July 2009.
