Commissioners (including Acting Commissioners)
- Any persons requiring to contact a commissioner of the Court should contact the Court's registry and leave details of your request.
- If you urgently need to contact a particular commissioner after-hours in relation to attendance at a hearing (e.g. flooding onsite, illness of a participant), you should telephone the Court's after-hours mobile phone on 0418 261 958. A registrar will answer your call and put you in contact with the Commissioner.
- For parties wishing to submit material (e.g. conditions of consent) to commissioners for Court purposes, contact the court Registry and ask for the Commissioner's Support section.
