All Class 8 directions hearings will be held in Court 3B at level 3, 225 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000. This permits parties to appear or be represented in person or take part by telephone. All Class 8 directions hearings will commence at 9.15 am and parties will be notified of a specific time for the directions hearing in their matter at the time the application is filed or served.

The Court list will be published electronically by the Court after 4.15 pm on the Friday prior to the day of the relevant directions hearing.
