Purpose

This information is provided to assist persons considering an application to modify an existing development or building consent issued by the Court or by the Local Council.

To identify the correct Appeal Information sheet link from the right-hand column of the table, simply follow the 3 question columns from left to right to identify the situation that applies to your own circumstances.
