 COURT OPERATIONS - DECEMBER 2005 to JANUARY 2006
Below is a summary of the operations of the Land and Environment Court during the period December 2005 to January 2006. Any additional inquires should be directed to the Manager, Listings on (02) 9228 8388.
Registry Office: hours of operation
The Registry office will be open between 8.30am - 4.30pm (Monday - Friday) on all dates except the following:
- Monday 26th December 2005;
- Tuesday 27th December 2005; and
- Monday 2nd January 2006.
Callover dates
- Last telephone callover: Monday 19th December 2005
- Last actual (in-person) callover: Friday 23rd December 2005
- First telephone callover: Monday 16th January 2006
- First actual (in-person) callover: Tuesday 17th January 2006
Note: eCallover is available during Registry hours (above).
Hearing dates
Please consult the range of available dates published on the daily court list for judge and commissioner sittings over the December, January & February period.
Duty Judge
Please contact the Listing office on (02) 9228 8388 with any requests for information concerning duty judge sittings over the December and January period. For urgent interlocutory applications when the registry office is closed, parties are directed to the Court's after-hours contact on 0418 261958.
Law Term
The 2006 Law Term commences on 30 January 2006.
