 SWEARING IN OF CHIEF JUDGE
There will be a ceremonial sitting of the Land and Environment Court on Monday 14 November 2005 for the swearing in of Justice Brian Preston as Chief Judge in the Banco Court, 13th Floor Law Courts Building, Queens Square at 9.30am. Members of the public and the legal profession are invited to attend.
