PRACTICE DIRECTION NO. 17 - SCHEDULE B : REQUIREMENTS FOR PLANS

Parties are reminded of the need to comply with Practice Direction No.17 (effective 1 March 2004), specifically the conditions set out in Schedule B of that document, in relation to the requirement for plans. Court Appointed Experts (CAEs) will only assess plans that are filed in accordance with the conditions set out in the Schedule.
