IMPORTANT CHANGES TO ECALLOVER PROTOCOL

The Court has updated the existing eCallover protocol document to amend the time by which eCallover applications must be received by the Court prior to the callover taking place.

Currently the eCallover protocol requires parties to submit their eCallover applications prior to 5pm on the afternoon before their callover the following morning. The protocol document has been amended (effective 30 May 2005) to require parties to submit any eCallover applications prior to 2pm on the afternoon before their callover is to take place. Any eCallover applications received after 2pm on the afternoon prior to the callover will not be responded to by the Registrar and an actual appearance will be required by either/both of the parties at the callover the following day. Failure to register an appearance may result in orders being made in your absence.
