People with Disabilities

Disability Access
The Department of Justice and Attorney General has provided comprehensive information for people with a disability on accessing court services. The information includes:

    • Access for people with a cognitive disability
    • Access for people who are deaf or have a hearing impairment
    • Access for people with a mental illness
    • Access for people with physical disabilities
    • Access for people with a vision impairment, print or reading disability

The NSW Industrial Relations Commission is committed to ensuring that all of our clients can access our court services fairly and equitably. If you or your witnesses have any of the following special needs please contact the IRC prior to your scheduled hearing:
