A list of of NSW Awards deemed Enterprise Agreements under s44c of of Schedule 4 of the Industrial Relations Act, is now available for viewing on our website.

This list will be updated regularly as information becomes available as to certain awards being formally determined to have effect as enterprise agreements. This is generally occuring as a result of the Award Review process under s19 of the Industrial Relations Act,1996.
