Transcripts
As of 1 February 2008, transcript for matters heard before Judges and Deputy Presidents of the NSW IRC can also be ordered by downloading and filling out the Transcript Order form.
To order a transcript in a matter before a Judge, Deputy President, Commissioner or Registrar of the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales please download and fill out the form below, then email it back to us.
The following fees, revised on 1 July 2009, apply:
- Transcripts that are less than 3 months old; per matter, per order cost $76.00 plus an additional $9.30 per page after the first 8 pages. A minimum deposit of $76.00 is required for 1 to 8 pages.
- Transcripts that are 3 months old or older; per matter, per order cost $93.00 plus an additional $10.60 per page after the first 8 pages. A minimum deposit of $93.00 is required for 1 to 8 pages.

Instructions for Application Download in Microsoft Word Format
1. Save the file to your computer's hard drive
2. Fill out the form by entering the appropriate material in the gray shaded areas of the document
3. Save the document
4. For Credit Card Payments: email the document back to us at: irc_transcripts@agd.nsw.gov.au
For Cheque/Money Order Payments: make payable to 'NSW Industrial Relations Commission'.
