The Hunter Regional Industrial Registry is located on Level 3, 237 Wharf Road, Newcastle, opposite Kentucky Fried Chicken. It is a 10-minute walk from both Newcastle Central Railway Station and Civic Railway station. There is a taxi ramp outside each station entrance. There is no bus service passing along Wharf Road; the closest bus stop is in either Hunter Street (access from outside of Civic station) or Scott Street (stopping outside of Central Station).
