As part of the NSW Courts and Tribunal Services aim to improve access to services, a range of online products is under development.
To support this, eFiling has been introduced in the Corporations and Possession Lists in the Supreme Court and Online Court (formerly ecmCourt) is being introduced into cases selected by Judicial Officers.
These products are available to legal practitioners only. If your firm regularly has matters in the Corporations List and/or the Possession List and you are interested in using the eFiling service, please contact us.
If the Judicial Officer presiding over a matter you are involved in has directed you to register, because they intend to conduct proceedings using Online Court, please consult the various authorities:
