JusticeLink eServices
JusticeLink eServices will make a range of New South Wales Court and Tribunal services available over the internet. Court users will be able to conduct some business with courts electronically and without the need to attend a registry.
eService will improve communication between justice sector agencies and be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A pilot version of the system is available for a group selected registered users from the legal profession. The full suite of eService products will be made available to all court users in separate releases.
When fully implemented, JusticeLink eServices will deliver court registry services such as:
eFiling
eFiling allows parties and legal practitioners to lodge court documents and pay filing fees over the internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Online Court (formerly ecmCourt)
Online Court is an online forum where judges and parties exchange case management messages and directions. It will replace the need for parties to attend court for some straightforward matters.
eListing
Publicly available court lists for all NSW jurisdictions will be available online using the eListing service.
eTranscripts
eTranscripts will allow non-suppressed court transcripts to be ordered, purchased and received online.
Additional services will be included in future releases.
