Standing Directions re Publication and Privacy
1. No information which may tend to identify a Drug Court participant is to be published by the media. This prohibition includes the naming of a participant or person associated with a participant such as a family member, friend or employer, the publication of a photograph of a participant or associated person, and the publication of any other information which may tend to identify a participant.
2. No media representative is to communicate with a Drug Court participant or associated person within the precincts of the Court.
