Witness Information - Need an Interpreter?

In a civil case, it is up to the party who has requested your attendance as a witness to provide you with an appropriate interpreter. You should advise that party that you require interpreter services as soon as you receive the notice requiring your attendance.

In a criminal case, you should advise the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions if you require an interpreter.
