Witness Information

Witnesses are people who are called by a party to proceedings to give evidence in relation to the case before the court.

In a criminal trial, the evidence is used in helping to determine whether the accused is guilty or not guilty. In a civil trial, the evidence is used to help to determine the issues involved.
