NSW Justices of the Peace are obliged to advise the Department of Justice and Attorney General of any change in their address or contact details, including their email address and telephone number.
If you are an existing JP and have changed your contact details, you may update your details online, by email, by post or by fax.

No longer residing in NSW?
JPs appointed in NSW can only exercise their functions whilst physically present in this State. If you are no longer permanently residing in NSW, you should resign your commission in this State and seek appointment in your new state or territory of residence.
