The Department of Justice and Attorney General is using SMS to remind JPs to update their contact details.

JPs who have provided the Department with their mobile telephone numbers and whose term of appointment is due to expire within six months are send the following text message:

"Changed your JP email or postal address & not told us? Update at www.jp.nsw.gov.au or via Locked Bag 5111 Parramatta 2124, so your reappointment form finds you!"
