The NSW Attorney General, the Hon John Hatzistergos MLC, is writing to every JP in NSW about the new Code of Conduct for Justices of the Peace.
The Code of Conduct establishes acceptable standards of conduct for JPs in NSW and is effective from 1 August 2008.

NSW Justices of the Peace are obliged to advise the Attorney General's Department of NSW of any change in their address or contact details, including their email address and telephone number.
