The Understanding Your Legal Rights booklet and website content has been prepared by the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Community Advisory Committee of the Attorney General’s Department of NSW. The publication of this booklet has been funded by the Crime Prevention Division, Attorney General’s Department of NSW.
This booklet is a revised edition of the Acts of Passion booklet published in 1999. Thank you to all the contributors of the Acts of Passion booklet, in particular NSW Young Lawyers, Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby, Inner City Legal Centre, Legal Aid NSW and the Gay and Lesbian Immigration Taskforce.
