Law Reform Commission Report
On Wednesday 6 February 2005 the Attorney General tabled the Law Reform Commission's Report 106 on Community Justice Centres.
The Report highlights the success of, and challenges facing, Community Justice Centres (CJCs) in providing dispute resolution and conflict management services across NSW. The Report provides an opportunity to develop new, and review existing policies and procedures to ensure that CJCs continue to operate above industry standards and within available resources. CJCs is looking closely at the Report and will be developing a plan to address the issues it raises.
