Practice Note No. 1 Youth Drug and Alcohol Court.
- All practice notes relating to the Children's Court are withdrawn pending legislative authority. Practice Notes will be issued on a case by case basis.

- Legal Aid Commission
Legal Aid's Children's Legal Service provides free legal representation to all children appearing in criminal cases at Bidura, Lidcombe, Campbelltown and Cobham. Legal Aid will provide duty solicitors to represent children free of charge in other areas. Legal Aid provides a Hotline for Under 18s who are in trouble with the police. The Hotline operates 9am to Midnight Monday to Thursday and 24 Hours Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays. The Hotline number is 1800 10 18 10. Legal Aid also provides a Visiting Legal Service to all Juvenile Justice Centres in NSW on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
