Access to the Tribunal

The Tribunal is committed to providing access to its services to parties throughout New South Wales.

If you or your witnesses have any special needs please contact the Tribunal prior to the hearing. We aim to make any adjustments that may reasonably be required to accommodate these needs.

Access to St James Centre and parking
There are three entrances to the St James Centre. Two entrances are off Elizabeth Street and one entrance is off Castlereagh Street.

The entrance off Castlereagh Street requires the use of escalators and one of the entrances off Elizabeth Street requires the use of five steps up to the main foyer of the building.

A person with a mobility disability who requires ramp access should be advised to proceed past the main entrance to the St James Arcarde entrance on Elizabeth Street. Then go up the ramp through the automatic opening doors past the sandwich/take away food shop and veer right and go through door to the left of the escalators. This will bring the person into the lift lobby of the St James Centre.

The lifts in the St James Centre have braille lift buttons and oral announcements indicating the floors.

If you contact the registrty prior to the date you are required to attend the Tribunal, arrangements can be made to assist you into the building.

Although there is no actual car parking space for persons with a disability, arrangements can be made provided sufficient notice is given. The entrance to the car park is in Castlereagh Street (opposite SkyGarden).
