A similar database to Caselaw NSW, but also includes Supreme Court Judgments from 1995 to present, and historical Judgments handed down before 1900.
Guideline Judgments
If you are unable to find an electronic version of a judgment you are looking for, you can contact the Registry for assistance. You will need to provide Registry staff with as many details as possible (e.g. party names, proceedings number, the name of the Judicial Officer and approximate date of the judgment). The fee for obtaining a copy of the judgment is prescribed in the Civil Procedure Regulation 2005.
