Fees for services in the Supreme Court of NSW are prescribed by the Civil Procedure Regulation 2005 and Criminal Procedure Regulation 2005. A summary of fees are listed below. If you wish to purchase a transcript, we suggest you first read the information on the Reporting Services Branch website.
