Filing Fees as at 1 July 2009

Fees for services in the Supreme Court of NSW are prescribed by the Civil Procedure Regulation 2005 ( fees amended for 2008) and the Succession Regulation 2008. A summary of fees are listed below. If you wish to purchase a transcript, we suggest you read this fact sheet.

The following methods of payment are accepted by the Supreme Court: Note that personal cheques are not accepted.

The Supreme Court Regulation provides that fees may be waived or postponed in certain circumstances.
A written application is required and supporting documents should be supplied.


* These payment options are not available for fees payable on electronically filed documents; Mastercard and Visa remain the only two credit card options available in the efiling system.
