Court assistance request for people with a disability
This brochure is designed to help parties receive the assistance they need when attending court.
This request is placed on the court file so that the next time you appear in court, your assistance should be ready without you having to ask.
If you do not want to complete the form but would still like assistance, you can speak with registry staff who will do their best to assist. However, please bear in mind that some requests cannot be filled at short notice.
