Justice Barrett will be the Corporations List Judge until 6 November 2009. Justice Austin will be the Corporations List Judge from 9 November 2009. Practitioners should consult the Daily Lists to ascertain hearing arrangements for cases set down in the Corporations List.

Referrals by Registrar
Corporations matters, that are ready for hearing and need to be dealt with by a judge, can be mentioned for referral at the beginning of the Registrar's 9.15am list, provided that the referral is by consent of all parties and there are no matters for debate.
