ATTORNEY GENERAL’S APPROVAL OF FORMS
Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Regulation 2005
Clauses 4, 5, 7, 12, 14,16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23 and 24
I, John Hatzistergos, approve for use:
(a) the attached forms (to be published on the Attorney General’s Department website at www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au) for all purposes and courts in respect of which JusticeLink is for the time being used for criminal proceedings
(b) for any other purpose or court, the forms that were previously prescribed under the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Regulation 2000, as in force immediately before 30 July 2004.

Clauses 11 and 12
I, John Hatzistergos, approve for use:
(a) the attached forms (to be published on the Attorney General’s Department website at www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au) for all purposes and courts in respect of which JusticeLink is for the time being used for criminal proceedings
(b) for any other purpose or court, the forms that were previously prescribed under the Children (Criminal Proceedings) Regulation 2000, as in force immediately before 30 July 2004.
