Veteran's Pension Matters Legal aid is available for matters arising under a Commonwealth statute relating to decisions affecting the receipt of quantum of a Commonwealth pension, benefit or allowance, including war veteran's matters. A grant of legal aid for this type of matter is subject to Merit Test B and Veteran's General Guidelines.
