How Can We Help?
Advice
We give free independent advice about your rights and what you are entitled to under the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986.
We can also give advice on the merits of lodging claims and appeals and your chances of success.
Appeals
We can help you:
- lodge claims with the Department of Veterans' Affairs or with any other dealings with the Department.
- complete application forms and questionnaires in all disability claims, pension assessments, service pensions and war widows' pension claims.
- lodge appeals to the Veterans' Review Board and also the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Representation
We can prepare your case once an appeal has been lodged and obtain any necessary evidence including medical reports. We will represent you at the Tribunal hearing, and if necessary in higher courts.
