Legal aid is available to all applicants in state law matters for consumer protection proceedings including:
relating to guarantees, wrongful exercise of power by government departments or instrumentalities and tenancy issues (except applications to determine fair rental where no point of law is involved) but not including proceedings for professional negligence or product liability.
