Children's Court Committals Legal aid is available for children for committal proceedings subject to the Means Test B only. Representation An application may be determined by granting legal aid on condition that a Commission salaried solicitor, a Community Legal Centre or a nominated private practitioner conducts the matter regardless of the source of the application.
