Means Test Exemptions
All matters are means tested except for the following:
    · the Commission's legal advice services
    · family law duty solicitor matters where the applicant is in custody
    · children in the Children's Court and appeals to the District Court in care matters
    · children in the Community Services Division of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal and appeals therefrom in the Supreme Court
    · children where an order for separate representation is made under s68L of the Family Law Act 1975
    · first appearance bail applications in local court criminal duty matters
    · most Mental Health Advocacy Service matters
    · Veterans' Entitlement Act 1986 matters to ex-service personnel and their dependants (except for war service pension claims)
    · disabled persons as defined by the Guardianship Act 1987 in proceedings before the Guardianship Tribunal and appeals therefrom in the Supreme Court.
    · Drug Court matters
