Media Release: 15 May 2001
New legal service in Hornsby: 15 May 2001

Next Thursday, 17 May, people living on the Upper North Shore and Central Coast will be able to get free family law advice at Hornsby Local Court.

This is the beginning of a regular fortnightly advice clinic.

The advice clinic is opening to help people who have no easy access to free legal advice.

"We want to make sure that people are not up against long distance travel or facing long waiting periods," says Legal Aid lawyer, Brian Samuel.

The first advice clinic starts on Thursday 17 May, 9.30am - 4pm at Hornsby Local Court, 294 Pacific Highway, Hornsby. Clients must call 9847 9933 to make an appointment.

For more information contact: Brian Samuel   Tel: 02 9977 1479
