UNCRAM Matters The Managing Director is the delegate of the Collector of Overseas Maintenance and in this capacity acts to recover maintenance from a person or secure variation of an order made by a convention country for payment of maintenance by a person. In these matters, the means and merit tests are not applied and no application for legal aid is required. The Commission will pay the costs and disbursements however, as if the matter were one for which aid has been granted. See the Commonwealth general family guidelines |
