Legal aid is available for matters arising under a Commonwealth statute relating to decisions or actions by Commonwealth authorities which have a real prospect of affecting a person's capacity to continue in his or her usual occupation.

A grant of legal aid for this type of matter is subject to Means Test A, Merit Test B, and Commonwealth Administrative Law Guidelines.
