ORDER
The Commission orders that:-
1. The duration of
the Industrial Committee, known as the Race Clubs, &c., Employees (State)
Industrial Committee published 12
April 1996 (291 I.G. 1314), be extended for a further period of three (3)
years.
2. Delete the
reference to "Employers First" in the Industries and Callings of the
Committee and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"Australian Federation of Employers and
Industries"
3. This order
shall take effect from 7 February 2008.
