ORDER
The Commission orders that:-
1. The duration
of the Industrial Committee, known as the Metal and Engineering Industry (New South
Wales) Industrial Committee published 4 October 1996 (295 I.G. 125), be
extended for a further period of three (3) years.
2. Delete the
representatives of employers and insert in lieu thereof the following:
The representatives of employers shall be appointed,
upon nomination as prescribed, one by the Metal Trades Industry Association of
Australia, one by Employers First and one by Australian Business Industrial.
3. Delete the
representatives of employees and insert in lieu thereof the following:
The representatives of employees shall be appointed,
upon nomination as prescribed, two by the Automotive, Food, Metals,
Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union, New South Wales Branch, and
one by The Australian Workers' Union, New South Wales.
4. This order
shall take effect from 21 February 2005 for a period of three (3) years.
