ORDER
The Commission orders that -
1. The duration
of the Industrial Committee, known as Fruit Packing Houses Employees (State)
Industrial Committee published 21 May 1993 (275 I.G. 152) be extended for a
period of three (3) years.
2. Delete the
reference to Employers Federation of New South Wales in the Representatives of
Employers of the said Committee and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"Employers First"
3. This order
shall take effect from 9 February 2005 for a period of three (3) years.
