ORDER
The Commission orders that -
1. The Private
Hospital, Day Procedure Centre, Nursing Home & c., Nurses' (State)
Industrial Committee published 28 July 2000 (317 I.G. 491), be extended for a
further three years.
2. This order
shall take effect on and from 7 February 2005 and shall remain in force for a
period of three (3) years until 7 February 2008.
